I recently purchased flights from Spirit Air. The total came to $777.52. They then charged my card $837. They stated that the $9 fare club is extra even thought it is listed on my receipt. They stated that they will not refund the additional money because they are following consistent company policies to ensure low prices for all clients. I have tried the email address, speaking to them, and BBB. The company still refuses to refund the overage even though I have a receipt with the proof. I told them I refuse to to stop contacting them until they resolve the issue and issue some time of something for my time fighting thier illegal actions.
