Stole Our Money

My family and friends booked a trip. It was booked in 2009 to leave on Nov. 2010. There were sixteen of us. Everyone paid their money, when the trip approached we were wondering when we would recieve out paper work. So we call the owner Jacqueline Graves Thomasson and she kept putting us off. So we called the cruise line and found out that she never sent the money! She had been taking our payments all along!

This was suppose to be a family trip! We called her and she would not return our phone calls. She ruined our vacation by stealing our money! It amazes me that she is still allowed to be apart of CLIA and able to still book trips. We have submitted a complaint with the Attorney General's office in North Carolina she was requested to return our money and she still refuses this has been going on since we were suppose to leave on our trip in Nov! We have decided to take legal action and a civil law suit is in the works with our attorney. Do not use this agency!
