Traveling & Tourism

When making a bid for a hotel in San Francisco we selected Free Parking as the main criteria. We made our bid and received our confirmation. We did not notice Free Parking on our confirmation print-out. We called the hotel and they said parking is $49 per day. We tried to explain to the hotel that Free Parking was offered in the hotel selection process but they said we needed to call Price Line directly. We did but got nothing but excuses. They said the hotel can charge whatever they want for incedentals. We tried to explain that Free Parking was an option that we selected because we knew how expensive it could be. Customer Service could not even comprehend what we were tralking about. We asked for their manager but were told that know one else was there. We sent an email to Price Line but the only answer we got was "the hotels can charge whatever they want for incedentals" This is just plain FALSE ADVERTISING!
