I have been trying to get a refund for a double-charge from Travelocity since April (it is now August). We have been given the run around time and time again. The ultimate was a representative from Tavelocity stating we would have to pay $150 today and then a credit would be issued in one to two billing cycles. That is a REAL SCAM. Any suggestions?
