No consideration when business plans are changed

I recently booked a hotel thru travelocity for a business trip and my trip was cancelled so i cancelled the reservation. I accepted that the room was non refundable until only a week later the trip was on again for 2 weeks later when i called travelocity regarding getting my room back since there is still alot of time and the room was available they would not even consider letting me still have the room even though i already paid for it. Think before you book with them because they do not care about the needs of the consumer only the almighty dollar.By the way I spoke to customer service and a supervisor.
