Roaches in rooms and hallways. Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed. They will not refund or do anything to ameliorate the situation

We went to check out the hotel during the day. Things looked old, but not necessarily dity so we put money down on two rooms. We came back at night to go to sleep. We were there for less than 30 minutes and saw at least 3 roaches. At least 2 in the hallway and one in one of our rooms. We left immediately and showed 1 roach to the person on duty, who said he would tell the manager.

The manager never called us back. I called back and talked to the person who answered the phone. She said he is good about calling back. I let her know that I would be reporting this if I do not receive a refund. She said you might as well report this then, because he does not give refunds.
