Company is a Scam

I bought a voucher to get a stay in a resort that might be organized by Sunmex to get a visit to Puerto Vallarta Mexico.in the first evening these men offered me the run-around. I had been advised I'd below again about my reservation in 24 hours. I called back 4 occasions within the next 14 days and was handed exactly the same runaround, that I'd notice back within 24 hours. Ultimately I increased this and achieved the Overall Director Alex Ramos, this person was so rude and disrespectful I'm shocked. He was attempting to fraud me for more income, saying I'd to pay for a bigger add up to obtain the reservation for that voucher I bought. Then he began to declare and disrespect me, before holding on me. Prevent the corporation no matter what, they're seeking to tear people off.
