We arranged two evenings in the El Convento Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for December 25 and 26, through Bookit. On December 24, I called Bookit since we were remaining over the area and my spouse turned too ill to generate the three hours back again to San Juan. Stephanie at Bookit decided to stop our first night in the resort, but maintain the 2nd evening. She stated they'd not cost us the $19.95 termination charge. Nevertheless, whenever we reached the resort, Bookit had terminated the whole reservation. We endured in-line for nearly two hours attempting to secure an area in the resort about the evening after Holiday. They offered us their final room and we taken care of it ourselves following the resort established that Bookit HADN'T PAID FOR THE SPACE. We have been looking to get this fake charge-off our American Express card for that previous five weeks. Bookit additionally billed us $127.24 for airport move that people did not purchase. It's been a headache coping with the corporation.
