I listed my time share with vacation tree, paid a fee. There has been sevaral calls demanding thousands of dollars deposited into a bank account. Saying they have a buyer. I check and this is not the norm for The Legitamate company. Be careful! I believe there is people such as michael westin 888 406 2859 that are piggy backing on these companys. Tansfer fees are only in the hundreds not thousand. Vacation tree will have the buyer contact you in person. If you have a person cal you and you call back and there is no supervisor only reach that person it is a scam!!
