I attempted to check on-on June 16. After I got towards the table there is no body in-line and there have been 2 individuals behind the table. I strolled as much as one of these and he or she rudely ignored me declaring that I return to the rules and delay till I'm named. Today remember there's no body in-line. I waited five minutes while another 4 persons offered in the back-office (an overall total of 6 individuals) speaking & transporting-on. I returned towards the individual and mentioned why I had been not being assisted. She said in the event that you don"t enjoy it provide me your secrets and keep. I expected to get a bill to which she mentioned you've delay in the rules. I requested to talk to the manager and he or she mentioned that she was the supervisor. Her name-tag mentioned Nicole. She stated her lastname was California. I travel a great deal and remain at more than 30 hotels annually. I've NEVER been treated like this.
