I recently examined into an Econo Lodge resort in Fort Myers FL. The area smelled like urine the moment I popped the doorway, and so I instantly returned towards the enrollment office and requested to get a return. They explained the wouldn't cost me card and offered me a bill showing I'd be cost nothing. Fourteen days later they charged my card for approximately $50 bucks. After I named the resort these were totally unhelpful, declaring they might not discover the cost. I subsequently named customer support and after 6 telephone calls and 3 months the problem continues to be not solved.
