Atlantic Ocean Palm Inn
No refund for cancellation due to filthy room

I made a reservation on 5/2 for this Inn for 6/18. My credit card was charged for the night in the amount of $109.00. On June 3rd my daughter went to the Inn and checked it out.in her exact words "the place was filthy, I would not let my dog stay here", it smelled the rugs were stained and there were remnants of food in the room.

I called an cancelled the reservation and was informed that I could not get my deposit back due to their 30 day cancellation requirement. Obviously this is how they make money because if I had booked in on JUne 18th I would have never stayed in the Inn. I want my deposit back.
