Waste of time and money

Really deceptive marketing. Purchased insurance since member of the family was having surgery and necessary post op treatment. Member of the family became sick and surgery was postponed thirty days. Not included in Acess America due to exemption #13 - Any occasion that covered might have fairly anticipated or foreseen. Thats the entire idea behind insurance - easily might have forseen the condition, I'd not need reserved the journey! When the surgery is planned (knee-replacement) then it's a pre existing situation! Do not spend your own time or cash using the organization!
