Denial of claim

I purchased a flight/resort deal from Cheaptickets and bought the insurance from Access America. The goal of the journey was to go to a family member identified with cancer on 8/28 (I purchased the journey about the 29) I'd to re schedule my starting day since my general turned final and today access america is declining to pay me nearly $700 to create this change (I alter my starting day to 2 times early) and therefore are declaring it's since my general had a "pre existing situation"

Cheaptickets and entry america are obviously committing fraud
