Traveling & Tourism

I bought a "4-star" space through Hotwire.com ($200/evening). Upon getting the title of the resort (one I'd never heard about before that's not on the listing of 4-star qualities), I named the resort myself to ensure that I'd have the ability to have two bedrooms within the space (touring having a friend). I had been informed from the resort that not just were they sold-out, but that I'd been reserved in another of their little business areas (200-square feet having a king mattress)! This "4-star" hotel was marketed being an all-package resort... No reference to galleries on the site. After I named Hotwire to obtain the reservation be ended, I had been advised of the "all revenue are ultimate" plan and handled rudely by Zack the ground boss (Telephone identification 1284). I'll never guide an area through Hotwire again and that I suggest that no body else does. Should you were also led astray by Hotwireis questionable resort reviews and rigid guidelines, I would recommend you contact the Greater Business Institution to document a criticism. I truly did!
