Unexpected credit card charge

I too had an amount charged to my cc by Imall (for removal of excess on insurance), was unaware they were an agency, and ended up paying twice because I expected it when I picked up the car at the rental company. However when I contacted Imall to complain they politely offered to reverse the cc charge the same day due to misunderstanding which they did. No problems dealing with Rohan Marx at all.
