DIshonest Company, Lied and took money under fraudulent terms ripoff

A few weeks ago call ISpeedway after seeing someone else's site hearing a radio commercial. I talked for about 45 minutes to an agent. He convinced me to get the turbo package and IMALL for $29.95 each. If I purchased them now I could benefit from then during my trial period (according to the salesman) He let me know that that the initial 9.99 for ispeedway was non-refundable BUT everything else would be fully refunded if I cancel within 30 days.

I did some investigation and found that for many items, my wholesale price was more expensive than ebay or overstock.com.

Today, I called to cancel. However, they told me that nothing was refundable. Previously, I know I asked specifically about the refund. I was told explicitly that the two $29.95 charges were refundable. I was suckered, lied to.

I want my refund.
