We stayed in the aeroport more than 3 hours waiting for help there was no enough crew to help

We were my husband el adaimi youssef & myself traveling back from LA to san jose on may 8 flight number 2078G 1st the plane was late half hour than after while taking off the captain said we have to go back to LA cz of some door nor good closed we had a safe landing & the crew asked uss to wait next to the airline desk & they will call us for accomodations. We was not able to hear the names cz off croud people at the aeroport so we had to stand up in front of the dask waiting for our name to be proclame. We wait & wait the crew was going slowly we asked why they are so slow the manager answer me ; we have just one credit card to resrve the hotel room & the next flight for the second day. I am not reporting the crew behave or the airlines but how do u feel when after beeing back to the aeroport waitingfrom 10.30pm till 1.45 am standing waiting cz here was no enough crew to serve us. My husband is a 63 years men wanted to take his medecine to rest & as for me standing & waiting for more than 3 hours night waiting my name to take my papers.
