Because of my father 80th birthday my family and I decided to go to Cabo st Lucas on April 20.2011. I called bookit.com. Agent. She gave me the worst flight on worst time of the day which i ended up by paying a lot more money to change the time form early morning to later on that day, from the Alaska Airline this time. Also because I had elderly people and young teenager with me in this trip I asked for two bed in each room that everyone can comfortebely sleep and move around.
But we got there around almost 6 pm and got the room as soon as I opened the room I could not believe what I was seeing! King size in tiny room only. I complain but do you think anyone could hear me? Not by any chance. Bad service of the bookit.com not providing right information and not being helpful and worse customer service in Hotel Vila Del Arcon. Please someone help me how to handle this? I called and complained about agent and also the hotel but not one helps no one. I am mad / sad / disappointed / also I feel like trapped. I need help please. I need to get some advice that what or not do in this complaint.
