We were offered a-3 night resort deal at Westgate Hotels that involved a account to Span International. We were informed that people can use Period International, the same as our RCI account, to switch timeshare weeks. I simply talked to Naomi, from Period International and he or she stated we don't possess a account with Span International, that'll permit us to switch timeshare weeks. It was an outright lie from the Westgate Resort consultant, to be able to market this bundle. I named and requested for my money back and talked to some supervisor, Michelle, who declined to return our cash.
