Claim Still Processing 9 Months Late

I purchased travel insurance-based around the suggestion of my cruise broker. The Iceland Volcano abandoned our journey in April. I instantly delivered a state to TravelGuard by registered email. Our travel agent approached them repeatedly on my account and got no response.in January I requested by travel broker to test again. Lastly, I obtain a response from TravelGuard requesting the files delivered by registered email in April. No, I'venot obtained anything from their store, only a demand 9 weeks later for copies of papers they've within their documents.
