Beware of tbii

My boyfriend, who works in marine construction, had gone to TBI, a local West Palm Beach company (off Palm Beach Lakes Blvd.) who promised overseas work for big money. The owner, Barabara, or "Bobby" as she called herself, seemed genuine in person as she spoke of her grandchildren and false promises. She took $300 cash up front and said she would put together a resume package to send off to companies and that he would receieve a copy of this in the mail shortly. Unfortunately, no package ever came. Also, he called and left messages every single day for 2 weeks and never heard back form her. He also went to the office on Thursdays & Fridays ("interview days") but no one was ever there.

It's been over a month now, and, of course, we have not heard anything from TBII. I am extremely livid that a seeming genuine peron could lie right to your face. I can only hope by me taking the time to write this that it will prevent others from being ripped off!!!
