Double-booking SCAM

Created a reservation through hotels.com (aka Expedia). They increase-reserved the area that we found just after I came. I have invested the final month, possibly 4 hours about the telephone, looking to get them to credit my take into account their error. I have approached the hotel manager. They will have approached the resort supervisor whois stated that the reservation was a mistake, and hotels.com stated they've an archive of the. The final justification they offered me was they might just credit me after I was about the line plus they had the supervisor about the point, also. PREVENT hotels.com and Expedia!!
