False advertisement poor customer service

Reserved a visit to Punta Cana by having an advertised discount of 15%. Didn't get the discount but did get 4 various reasons why. Clearly team isn't competent, nobody has got the same justification twice. Routes transformed, obtained attentive, it was ok. Routes transformed another period without any attentive. I happened to locate this change by signing onto my excursions. Our connecting journey in Ny quit before I came there. I got this set after many telephone calls and emails (that we don't believe they really read because theyare reactions produced no sense). Customer support is terrible, they create no try to create their customers content.

I've arranged with BJ's vacations for several years without any issue, and certainly will never guide with Orbitz again.
