Ripoff! Customer Service does not give out name for letter writing to get a refund

The Customer Service Line (877) 901-9236 (Supervisor named "ROE" has no last name) is not customer friendly.
They give no service to speak of. They disconnect you when you call. They never return voice messages.
I can't take a vacation and want a refund - I need all your prayers to get it.
