Scammed

They told me I had 12 weeks that they could rent. I could pick how many I wanted to rent. They were $99.00 a week to rent. I choose 6 weeks. They were very convincing. I was told and is in the contract, that I would get my money back 100% guaranteed if they did not rent in 90 days. I contacted them every few weeks. The last response by phone was in December. They were showing my property in a show in December. Then I received an email on January 24th stating they were going over there holiday promotions. Now I can't reach them, there phone has been disconnected and I tried sending an email, with no response. Help.
