Renting weeks of a timeshare

We were contacted by Jeanne Gregg of Vacation Property Marketing to see if we would like to rent some weeks of our timeshare. She indicated that she had a list of large companies who needed to rent for their employees. She guaranteed us that within 6 to 8 weeks, we could rent our timeshare for $2,100.00 per week. She even named some of the businesses that she had as clients. We had to give them $1,298.00 as a start up fee which was paid on November 9th. I have never heard from anyone since the 9th of November. The above individual cannot be contacted and when I finally did get a person on the phone, he indicated that we were paying to advertise on their web page. We have been scammed and hope that other people are not taken in by this scheme. We still would very much like to have our money returned.
