I arranged a holiday with travelbyjen.com plus they cited me one-price. One which I established on the pair various telephone calls before arranging 2 weeks before my journey. I never received any verification supplies before making to Costa Rica. Did not obtain the deals and schedule till coming to the airport. It was not till close to the end-of the journey that I understood they never arranged my last move. After awaiting this to become mounted I get an additional cost of around $200 to my charge card following the journey. It was their error they didn't repair. They've been moving me around to various brokers for weeks to repair, but nonetheless have not. I've worked in customer support and so I cannot know how a business in something business could be so unprofessional and about righting a wrong. Easily was informed the cost from the broker once they were "repairing" it while we were in Costa Rica, I'd have simply obtained an area choice for that move. I travel a great deal and was evaluating companies centered on cost. That one got up lower since their error that they returned and added a cost on for later. I need one to prevent this company when possible and opt for one which is more skilled. If youare simply scheduling centered on cost, you'll wind up owing more within the long term. Still waiting.
