Installation of a brake control - bad operation manage

Do not go this U-haul facility: 6116 N BLACKSTONE AV; Fresno, CA 93710. I had an appointment to get a brake assistive control module to be installed and when I arrived there was no one there to work on my car. The Assistant Manager onsite claimed he did not know anything about my appointment even though I have an email confirmation. He pushed me off to the only guy in the garage who is working on another car. I was told there is no way they can get my car in as promised. I heard the Assistant Manager talking to the guy at the counter that they did not have the part they promised me and he just did not have have the ball to be honest with me. I not only wasted time by leaving work earlier to get there but wasted gas as well. I repeat, take your business elsewhere or you will end up wasting time and money on gas and still not get any services.
