I have TRIED to rent something from them 4 times and walked away disgusted each time the lines were long and the wait was unacceptable. The employee's are hands down morons. Today was a prime example 12 customers in line on person behind the counter and three idiots outside pushing a broom. We had yet once again "express" reservations. After 20 minutes we left. I am NEVER EVER going to even thing baout trying U-WAIT again. That store needs to be closed and all the employees fired. On one occasion we tried to rent a trailer, they wanted to charge us 45.00 dollars for a damn 5.00 pigtail, we went and bought one, came back and then they said we have the wrong ball, I told them fine rent us one "oh we don't do that", I left. NEVER again
