Uhaul manager review

I went to the 8641 Pulaski Hwy branch of Uhaul. Russell is the manager. I had to have a hitched installed in my car. Had to go 3 times because the one installer they have is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. I had CONFIRMED apporintment each time but he did not honor them. Spent a total of 15 hours in the store. There is one employee Dawn Anderson who went out of her way to make things right. She is extremely professional and know what she's doing. I hope she gets to be manager soon. She deserves it.
