Owner Doesn't Honor Agreement

We'd an arrangement to hire this holiday rental and types have been completed and cost pending. Abruptly, the dog owner (Ron) stated he'd hired to another person. We'd rejected additional qualities to hire this house and an arrangement have been created. He snuck in another tenant without informing people and left us large and dried. We shall not use him again, because he's unreliable and does not recognize contracts created.
