Do not use this rental. The owner made a verbal agreement to rent the property, asked for a deposit. Once the check was sent he backed out, said he had someone else confirm first and would return our check for the $500.00 deposit. He never returned our check, nor would he respond to phone calls or e mail. Had to place a stop payment on the check. He's a BUM.
