Cheap fares, not cheap service

I booked a very cheap ticket so I know the cheaper the ticket the more restrictions it comes with, so when I had to change my date I knew I was in for a headache. Sure enough i called cheapoairs NY office and was told by a phone rep and supervisor i had to pay $175 to change my $195 ticket because the continental airlines charges $150 to make the change!!! There was no way i was accepting this and i was finally transferred to a supervisor Tracy who gave me a level of service i NEVER expected from a company named cheapo-anything. She told me she would work on it and call me back the next day, i thought for sure i would never hear from her again, but the next day she actually called! Not only did she call, she called to tell me i cuold now change my ticket for only a $11.00 difference in the price!!! I was so shocked, i thanked her over and over and i also wanted to make sure her boss knows that tracy understands what customer service means. So if u want cheap fares and u want someone who will fight for you with to help u against the airlines stupid fees, i would recomend this company over and ove
