Warning do not use cheap tickets!

I called as I was buying my ticket from dubai to united states. I was told i was buying a 1year ticket, and infact it was only for 4months. Now my ticket expired and they refused to help me, and have lied lied lied transfer transfer transfer. And supervisor mily / mary rep id 030407 pretended she called qatar airlines and didnt because i had them on other line. She lied who is president of this cheap un professional company.
