Unbelievable with U-Haul. I reserved those over the internet and got the confirmation. I ended up in the wrong location and wait for over an hour. That place was a storage place which it is not typically for a U-haul to be located. That office hours was not even opening until 830am. My confirmation said 7am, but ended up found out it was in the wrong location that wasted my hour and half to get it. Do not provide the wrong address on the confirmation paper when the office hours aren't opening. You guys need to be communicate each other! I want my money back but I do not have a lot of energy to argue more people because of moving to other place. Please avoid u_haul. They are such a huge hassle when you want to be on time!
