Klm Fraud!
Northwestern airlines did not book a seat, went through an hour of checks to miss the flight kampala

I was supposed to board a flight this morning with KLM to Amsterdam. First off they told me i didnt look like my picture ont he passport. Secondly spent an hour of arguments to verify my identity. Then after a long time of this, they missed my flight claiming its because of my turban. When i called internationally, my seat wasnt even booked in the first place, they took the money and never confirmed my ticket!!!
