Made me miss my flight because of lack of working staff

I had a flight leaving 11/28/08 on Flight 1905 from IAD to DEN, My friends Credit Card got the flight, and when the flight was bought, they confirmed the flight was bought. I saw the transaction go through my bank. I called the airline the night before to confirm the seats, when the agent said "There is NO payment showing for this ticket". I was mad as hell, I then contacted my bank and the supervisor spent her entire Thanksgiving holiday at the bank trying to fax over the statement showing the ticket, but the line was busy and could not be faxed. The following morning, the day of my flight. My bank then contacted their headquarters in Dallas and tried to fax it there, after many hours it went through. I was like thank god, WRONG... I got to the airport when again it said... NO PAYMENT.in all I missed my flight and the money I paid, SOUTHWEST AIRLINES SUCKS... Never fly them!!!
