False advertising

My spouse and that I visited the Domincan Republic this summer and we were assured an oceanview space. These areas don't occur at that resort. We were transferred in the resort to some space "deeper" towards the sea, but which was nevertheless a couple of hundred meters away and included in bushes. We've fought forever with Holidays Togo and received only the guarantee of an update the next time we proceed... I actually donot need any guarantees, I do want to be paid for what we never obtained... That's slipping on "deaf" ears. We're extremely disapointed with Holidays togo and we shall never utilize them again.
