The service was terrible and the trip disgusting

My partner and that I went to Mozambique to get a vacation. Whenever we arranged our seats we received directions to become in the bus-stop around 30 minutes early. The coach was ment to abandon at 7:15. We have there been at 6:30 simply to wait until 8:30 in the torrential rain. We were subsequently more postponed since the trailers axle broke. Next the alternative truck had the incorrect size problem.By this time we were postponed by - two hours. On arrival at Matoala we were informed our bags were within the incorrect area and could be taken up to Maputo. It was a large issue for all of US since our driver didn't understand the place of the stay in maputo. Out luggage was tossed on the ground with no type of id was necessary to gather the baggage. From the period we got all our bags it had been 20:00.

Then, upon time for Southafrica the coach was delayed AGAIN. This time around just by 30 mins. As we were about the coach we realsied the aircon wasn't functioning. This really is undesirable considering we were in Mozambique where the temprature is definitely excessively large.

The support was horrible and also the journey horrible.
