I was on the amtrak 194 out of Philadelphia PA on March 13. Well the trip from HELL. It started out the train was late to begin with than we went to Edison New Jersey and that is when we sat on the train for 8 hours. They would not supply bus service, they would not give you bottled water or food. They should of at least given us food and water for free. They do not take care of there customers at all. We werent the only train either. They should be ashamed of themselves. I think I deserve a free ticket at least back to Phili. But the way that amtrak treats their customers I am surpised they are still in business
