Rip off

On the morning of Sept. 17th I called for a cab to take me to the hospital from my home. On the trip to the hospital I was charged 34plus dollars by driver Derrick of Yellow Cab of Sarasota. I gave him a 5 dollar tip. On the trip home I was charged 19 dollars & change by the same cab co. I called the Cab co. And spoke to a very unpleasant man who asked if they would be sending the refund to the same address as the pick up. Responding 'yes' to that address the refund check was never forthcoming.
