Worst Cab Company Ever! March 23

I have had major problems with this cab company in the past. (Problems with the girls answering the phones and dishonest drivers). This time a company paid for my cab ride to and from my appointment. When it was time to go home, I had the doctor's office call for me. Mind you the ride was already paid for. The receptionist (from the cab company) confirmed the address and told the nurse they would be there in 20 minutes. Thirty minutes later, I called back only to find out the first girl never sent out the call. They had no call or information on my pick up. Another 30 minutes had passed and when I called back I had walked to the corner to catch the next bus. The girl I spoke with told me she would give the driver my new address or location. It was only on the corner. When I called back a third time to see where the cab driver was, the girl told me he was pulling up now. I made sure she knew I was at the corner. She said the driver couldn't pick me up on the corner. I told her the last girl I spoke with told me it was fine. Come to find out, NO ONE gave the driver my new address. He had a question about my pick up location, so when he called in they told him then. If he had not called in, they never would've told him. The funny part is I asked one of the girls that was being nice (because they are ALL rude) for her name, and she gave me a fake name. I was going to call the manager and compliment her. When I called back and asked for "Kendra", I was told there was no Kendra there. Yellow Cab seems to own Southern and Northern California. I don't know of any other cab companies that they don't own, so they can afford to be rude. One time I got a cab named "NY Cab" or something like that and I later found out they were owned by Yellow Cab. The girls that answer the phones are so rude. If you call for the manager, Chris Lamb, he will hand you off to his assistant. This company is so unprofessional. I just hope the people who paid for my cab get enough complaints and pull their contract from Yellow Cab. If at all possible, DO NOT USE!
