I noticed "guardian marketing capital fee 120704 $59.95" when i went to my banks online site. I have never spoken to these fools, i dont know who they are or where they are located. I have called my bank, they filed a claim, they waived the stop payment fee, and the stop payment is good for 6 months, in case they try to hit it again.
