Horrible service, over prices, and won't return deposits, SCAM

We decided to use action limos for our pub crawl. We went to Daytona with a 5 hour rental. The driver Chuck (who claimed to be the owner, later found out he was the General Manager) was absolutely horrible. Sadly he claimed he was the owner and if that is true, I actually pitty your company. So here lets start our list of complaints: He was LATE picking us up, he then drove 60 mph the whole way there (thats not even the speed limit, he then made us walk to the limo after being dropped off BOTH times, we had a medical emergancy in our group and during all of this he told us that we were going over our time and he'd need an extra 150 to take us back to Jacksonville or he was going to leave us, then he got angry with one of our members and said he wanted to leave her because she told him he wasn't providing us with quality service, and he had an awful attitude and was just plain rude to everyone. He basically ruined everyones night and the worst part, we paid alot of money to have a great time.
And when you try to get in touch with the owner, Chuck won't give you the info. He also will make up lies on the phone. Also they won't release our deposit back to us after telling us that it will be fully returned.
