I called in to ask when I was suppose to get all the info on where I was staying, the address and what to expect and the first thing Debo Oke saids " People like you make me want a vacation! Why don't you read your email again and call when you know what your talkig about!" I was in shock! I told him that he was so rude and that I wanted to talk to someone else and he told me he was the owner. Then he told me he was going to send me a confirmation number and when I was trying to tell him that that wasn't what I needed he clicked. I called back again and he said, "didn't I just talk to you? I said Im sending you your damn confirmation number!" Thats when I got real bothered because, first he was extreamly rude about it again and he wasn't answering my question, he wasn't even listening to me. I asked him if he talked to all his customers like that and he said that people dont understand the way he talks and that he didn't care. Debo was the rudest person I have ever talked to, I don't even know him but he made me feel horrible. When i was trying to tell him what I needed again he told me to learn how to read and clicked on me once again. Five min later he had Jannel call me to ask me what I needed and that she would be able to help me out. Honestly, I don't even want to go on this trip just so that I wouldn't have to give them any busniess, but I'm going on this trip to take my daugter for the first time to Disney and she would be so heart broken if i canceled it. If someone can do something about this... Thank you. This was the worst customer service ever and to think Debo Oke is the owner.
