Delivery of a couch-horrible owner! - delivery

We had a couch on hold and was told a $39.00 delivery fee of the couch. I went to pay for it and then proceeded after payment to set up delivery arrangements. I asked if the delivery could be on Saturday because we needed to take the door off for the couch to fit. The man behind the counter yelled 'nope. Your day is Tuesday". I said 'what do you mean, Tuesday?" He proceeds to tell me my area is only a Tuesday not exception. I explained I worked, so does my husband and we have to have the door off." He then said it would be more money to have it delivered Saturday and if I wanted a specific time it would be almost $50.00 more. I asked to talk to the owner after I said I was told $39 by 3 people and no one explained this to me he smiles and says HE WAS THE OWNER. I said "you are not willing to work with a customer?" and he said "NO!" I said' what am I to do then?" and he said it wasn't his problem. Never go here. I since have talked to three people who have had other similar experiences. My sales lady was pleasant, I feel for her. But she didn't tell me any other fees and the owner is just down right rude and uncaring. Not a way to run a business.
