Dissatisfied custome

I had been flying for my entire trip, and results were good till I got to SanDiego, I requested disability help with a wheel chair, thier was no one at the ticket desk, no wheel chair help, it was a long walk to baggage, and on to curbside cab. My flight was 127 to San Diego, my ticket # 0012319703135, will not use AA again.
