Rude, consescending, flippant agents

Attempted to alter trip on 6/13 with INCH agent and 1 supervisory representative, these were equally, impolite, flippant and condescending. I had been on telephone 1 time but still got no resolvement. Called on 6/14 spoke to broker on obtaining management telephone number to set up criticism.
