Ripped us off, stole our money, lied and cheated us

Priceline.com they are a very bad company. They lie, steal and cheat people out of their money. Just look at their record with bbb and their own facebook page for the things that they have done to people and the money they have stolen. Our vacation was scheduled for my son's graduation from basic training from july 7 - 13. They book it fine at first, but kicked out the car. When i had to go back in to redue the car, they changed all my dates and had us returning on the 10 instead of the 13. I called them, they took care of the car after an hour on the phone with them. I then confirmed that the flight was still ok from the 7 - 13. Karen said yes.

Well then i'm waiting on a e-mail and finally get one that says that the flight had been changed to the 10. When i called, i talked to three different people (don't know the name of the first person, ailah and kevin) and at first they said "yes i see where you called in" and then after i explain to them the problem, all of a sudden, " you never called in" they lied, and i caught them in lies. Finally after about 50 e-mails today someone from the corp office called me. And josie wouldn't do anything either. So here i am, and i fore warned them that i would tell everyone i know about them.

Don't use priceline. They lie, they change the dates on you without telling you (they said there were no seats on the day that we wanted to return, but the airlines say that there are plenty of seat and we can change our tickets at the tune of $600 more dollars) oh and their customer service which is a joke, is in asia!

I'm not done with them yet, i'm also going to post this on usacomplaints.com and the bbb as well as the attonary general offices of az and ct.
